A spacious 190 m² gîte spread over three floors, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a 4K OLED TV, a piano and a bookcase. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob, coffee machine, toaster) and features a large dining table.

On the first floor, two identical suites offer every comfort, featuring a 160 cm double bed, a luggage rack, a wardrobe, a reading corner, as well as an en-suite bathroom and toilet. On the landing, a small lounge with a sofa and coffee table provides a place to relax.

On the second floor, you will find one bedroom with two single beds and another with three single beds, both equipped with a reading corner, a chest of drawers and a luggage rack. A separate toilet and a shower complete this level.

All bedrooms enjoy a pleasant view of the park, the courtyard or the swimming pool.

The gîte is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outside, a wooden terrace with a dining table and barbecue invites you to enjoy the lush surroundings. A luxurious 5x11m private swimming pool made of Balinese stone, heated to 27°C from 1 May to 31 August, with hydromassage jets, a 60m² natural stone terrace and a landscaped garden, complete the property.
